Stephen and Serena are true lover birds.  Each visit with them has been full of giggles, kindness and generosity.  Steven has a remarkable talent for cooking which I hope to experience again and Serena has an eye for fashion.  They’re getting married this summer and I did these photos for the Edmonton engagement session last year.

Mitchell and Rachelle are getting married this summer at the beautiful panorama resort in British Columbia where they have visited during many family gatherings.  For there engagement session it was clear we needed to go somewhere that matched their personalities: fun, bright and youthful.  We went to the midway at the CapitalEx which is in Edmonton every July.  To cap the evening we were treated to a wonderful fireworks display.  This wedding is sure to be a highlight of this summer.

Ran & Elisa’s wedding in late December at the Santa Maria Goretti in Edmonton was a true celebration.  It was the kind of wedding I love to go to with lots of fun and sincere emotions.  The highlights for me were the fantastic speeches during the reception and of course the incredible dinner.  I already expected this wedding to have excellent food because Elisa’s family owns a well-known italian restaurant in Edmonton, Zenari’s.

Justin and Riyaz are two of the funniest people I have ever met.  Hanging out with them is sure to lead to some good laughs and I’m sure that will also be true at their upcoming September wedding.

Kristen first contacted me in 2009 just before Matt was deployed to Afghanistan.  She wanted to arrange for a special photo session that they can share while he was away.   Often we forget as photographers how important our work is and what it can mean to our clients.  I’m so glad to have been able to do that session for them.  After Matt returned Kristen again emailed me to let me know that they were engaged.  I’m so happy to be a part of their wedding and loved every minute of it.  We brought the photo booth for this wedding and Matt & Kristen’s guests put it to use for the entire evening.  You can view more from Matt & Kristen’s wedding on the wedding obsession where it was featured.  Kristen’s dress was purchased at Novelle Bridal.
