Trevor & Shanda

I went to NAIT with Shanda and through the years she’s been one of the people in my life that has encouraged and supported my photography.  One time she even vowed to write to Oprah to arrange an opportunity for me to meet Steve McCurry.  That’s what friends are for.

Everything was beautiful at this wedding, especially Isabelle.  Each detail was perfect.  They also had a really incredible bar sculpted out of ice for refreshments.  It was a truly an unforgettable evening.

“We’re an e-harmony commercial”–Leann

This story is incredible.  David and Leann were neighbourhood friends when they were just little kids.  They lost touch through the years and then as adults reconnected through e-harmony.  Their first date, was actually a reunion.  It was really remarkable to be at a wedding were the slideshow showed both of them together as kids.  It was meant to be.  Also David kicks ass at home renos if you’re ever looking for any help.  He did all the work on my condo.  www.ebertco.com.  Oh and one last thing that I want to mention.  Leann’s brother Cory is hands-down the funniest master of ceremonies this town has.  I first met him at another wedding and both times he had the entire crowed pretty much dying from laughter.

David & Leann at Leann’s 4th birthday.  Awwwwww.

Dean & Meghan were brave enough to have an outdoor wedding in March at a golf course where they first met.  They got really lucky because it was turned out to be the warmest  day of the year at that point!  They served Bailey’s with hot chocolate to all their guests to keep them warm.  Meghan is competing to be Canada’s next sportscaster on The Gillette Drafted competition.  I’m sure she’ll win it.  Good luck Meg.
